Monday 1 December 2008: There is no doubt that an economic crisis has hit, and many companies have ordered stringent measures to cut costs, with marketing, advertising and PR budgets too frequently the first to go.
But three highly experienced and frugal specialists have joined forces to present an evening that will gently guide companies through cost cutting issues, while retaining marketing impact.
"The effect of this economic crisis will change the way the world does business, and we want to help companies understand how they can change their marketing practices now without losing valuable presence in the market," said advertising expert Jane Evans. "Companies are beginning to realise that they can do a lot with less."
Evans has joined with PR specialist Samantha Tannous and digital marketing specialist Virgil Reality to offer an evening seminar for anyone who wants to discover the secrets of keeping their product or service top of mind, within the confines of much tighter budgets.
The seminar will be presented in three parts: advertising, public relations and digital marketing. The talks will concentrate on how companies can recognise what is important in their marketing mix, how to reduce duplication and manage outside man hours, as well as key skills within the core areas of brand, communication and digital marketing.
A 3-day workshop covering all three core areas will also be on offer.
